How it works
- 01Install CoresRent HostA small Windows app. It reads your GPU, CPU, RAM and drivers, and runs jobs only while you leave it listed.
- 02Link it to your accountThe app shows a code and opens this site. Confirm it once; no password ever goes into the app.
- 03Run the benchmarkTwo to three minutes of real GPU and CPU load (fans will spin up). It confirms your card and sets your hourly rate.
- 04Get paid every dayPaid for every hour a renter's job runs. Your balance goes out daily at 00:00 UTC in USDG on Robinhood Chain.

Questions
When do I get paid?
Every day at 00:00 UTC, your unpaid balance is sent to your payout wallet in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Balances under $1 roll over to the next day. We cover the network fee.
What is USDG?
The Global Dollar, a regulated stablecoin issued by Paxos and always redeemable 1:1 for US dollars. It's the native dollar on Robinhood Chain. Any EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet) can hold it.
Do I need a crypto wallet to sign up?
No. Sign up with an email and password, then paste the wallet address you want to be paid to whenever you're ready. Or sign in with a wallet and payouts go to it by default.
Am I paid while my PC is idle?
No, and nobody honest pays for idle time. You're paid for every hour a renter's job runs, metered from the app's heartbeat every 15 seconds. The calculator assumes your card is rented about as often as it is on today's marketplaces.
Will it hurt my graphics card?
Jobs run the card at the kind of load a long gaming session does. The app watches the temperature and backs off above your limit (83 °C by default), and stops above it. Keep your PC dusted and well ventilated.
Can I still game or work on the PC?
Yes. Pause hosting in the app or on the dashboard before you play. If a job is running, pausing stops it and counts as a small drop in reliability, so pause between jobs when you can.
Can renters see my files?
No. Jobs run inside CoresRent Host. Renters never get access to your files, accounts or other apps.
Where do these rates come from?
Each card's rate sits between the 25th percentile and the median of what hosts earn for it on Vast.ai (2,223 live listings, October 2026), cross-checked against Salad, Nosana and Runpod. Electricity uses the EIA's 2026 US average of 18.2¢/kWh. CoresRent keeps 20% of what renters pay; Vast keeps 25%.
